Position Details Wellness Nurse Manager (Full Time)
Location: St. Charles, Missouri
Starting wage: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
Act as a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, oversee the building, lead the Wellness team and other departments, ensuring quick, reliable, and person‑centered care.
Force on the Floor: Lead by example, be available to assist with call lights, requests for help, and demonstrate urgency to put residents’ needs first.
Diligent Documenter: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify core values, ensuring professional, caring interactions with residents, leaving them feeling safe and cared for.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
Direct hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes.
Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law.
Knowledge of care and supervision requirements appropriate to residents.
Experience with hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents (preferred).
Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (preferred).
English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude—passionate about residents.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers.
Criminal background check cleared.
