Guidehouse Development and refinement of staffing analyses to help determine staffing needs based on performance and volume (requires collaboration with operational leaders and client for validation) Oversight of operational leaders in execution of staffing plans Monthly project budgeting based on projected staffing changes with expectation that budgeting issues be escalated to Guidehouse leadership Preparation of client invoicing based on cost to collect % (will have support from junior resource; will be responsible for providing oversight and feedback to junior resource supporting these efforts) Review and validation of team travel expenses Creation of deliverables such as status reports, presentations, performance reports, etc. Meeting facilitation including development of agendas, sending of notes and action items, follow up on action items, etc. Management of performance improvement initiatives (i.e., backlog reduction effort for coding denials) Oversight of junior resource with limited revenue cycle knowledge to assist with project management activities

What You Will Do

What You Will Need
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree and a minimum 12 years relevant experience (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree). Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, central business office environment or revenue cycle outsourcing company, business services.

Previous healthcare revenue cycle experience within a physician setting.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
