- Development and refinement of staffing analyses to help determine staffing needs based on performance and volume (requires collaboration with operational leaders and client for validation)
- Oversight of operational leaders in execution of staffing plans
- Monthly project budgeting based on projected staffing changes with expectation that budgeting issues be escalated to Guidehouse leadership
- Preparation of client invoicing based on cost to collect % (will have support from junior resource; will be responsible for providing oversight and feedback to junior resource supporting these efforts)
- Review and validation of team travel expenses
- Creation of deliverables such as status reports, presentations, performance reports, etc.
- Meeting facilitation including development of agendas, sending of notes and action items, follow up on action items, etc.
- Management of performance improvement initiatives (i.e., backlog reduction effort for coding denials)
- Oversight of junior resource with limited revenue cycle knowledge to assist with project management activities

What You Will Do

- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree and a minimum 12 years relevant experience (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).
- Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, central business office environment or revenue cycle outsourcing company, business services.
- Previous healthcare revenue cycle experience within a physician setting.
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
