Business Marketing Analyst

to join the team. Business Analyst Growth Programs Contract:

12 months and should extend and could convert down the road Location / Schedule:

5 days onsite in Irving, TX 75063 Interview Process:

TBD This position is responsible for shaping and executing the companys strategy to drive adoption of its delivery app in priority markets. Working closely with Strategy, Marketing, and Market Operations teams, the individual will develop user acquisition plans, design targeted growth initiatives, and oversee their end-to-end execution to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment. Additionally, the role will partner with broader teams to champion new verticals objectives and ensure growth programs integrate with overarching organizational campaigns. Needs: Bachelors degree or higher; ideally in Business, Marketing, Program Management or related fields 4+ years of experience in growth focused roles (e.g., Growth Strategy, S&O, Field Marketing, Market Leader) or Consulting Experience in designing the growth program or field marketing program rather than executing the program Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver impactful results. Prior experience at high-growth B2C ecommerce companies, especially online marketplaces, or growth-oriented business units within larger brands is a strong plus Duties: Translate business objectives and target metrics into specific tactical growth programs Design and own key growth initiatives to acquire new users in target markets, maximizing user growth & ROI within a given budget Collaborate with Analytics & Product teams to closely track performance of initiatives and derive insights to deliver continuous improvement in ROI, CAC, and Retention Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consumer Strategy, and Market Operations team to ensure delivery of multi-channel growth campaigns and cohesive customer experience Manages complex, multi-workstream initiatives from concept to launch to iteration Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs for marketing teams and operations teams Build business cases for high-priority growth initiatives and present to internal leadership teams to secure buy-in and resources
