About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with a strong background in surgical services or hospital OR management. The CNO will be actively involved in the executive leadership of the organization, responsible for organizing and administering patient care services to meet the hospital's objectives. This role involves the management of all nursing standards of practice, including the establishment of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and a plan to obtain a high-level degree. A current California Registered Nursing License is required, with a Master’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred. The CNO must also have ACLS and BLS certifications, a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in patient care service, and at least 3 years of quality management experience.
