About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, system-wide approach to hospital quality performance, measurement, and improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership in quality improvement, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety. This role involves collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and hospital leadership to set and monitor quality-related goals, as well as leading the integration of evidence-based quality improvement methodologies. The VP of Quality will also oversee the management of quality teams, ensure standardization of quality measurement and performance improvement processes, and promote a culture of safety and high reliability across all departments.
Applicants for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in healthcare quality and safety, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a hospital setting. In-depth knowledge of hospital regulatory requirements and clinical performance metrics is essential, as is experience with quality performance reports and training in quality improvement principles.
