Under the general supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II/Client Services Supervisor, the Help Desk Information Technology Associate is responsible for providing and tracking first level technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and applications by configuring, deploying, and maintaining end-user devices. This includes the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions, including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support for an end-user computing environment. The incumbent is also responsible for developing system documentation and end-user training for software, applications, and end-user technologies. Delivery of all correspondence, interactions, and services must be provided utilizing superior customer service skills and professionalism at all times. Duties may include access to information systems containing protected information, including personally identifying information.

Incumbent may be required to work outside of normal business hours when needed to complete work projects. Travel and working off hours is required to perform equipment deployments and other functions.
