This pivotal role demands a professional with a background in nimble, fast-moving environments, particularly within the biotech or life sciences sector, and firsthand experience in public company operations and product launches. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IR strategy, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team, and acting as a primary point of contact for analysts, shareholders, and the investment community. Key tasks include leading the investor relations function, crafting and refining investor materials, and staying abreast of market dynamics to proactively shape messaging and outreach.

Applicants for the VP of Investor Relations position at the company should hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, or finance within the biotech or life sciences industry.
