About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to join its leadership team and play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing a 5-year eCommerce strategy, owning the eCommerce P&L, and ensuring the integration of eCommerce across all brand touchpoints to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel experience. This role demands a strategic thinker with a consumer-centric mindset, executive presence, and a proven track record in scaling global eCommerce commercial growth. The VP of eCommerce will be tasked with driving annual commercial growth, developing a high-performing eCommerce team, and fostering collaboration across the organization to optimize the digital consumer experience.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' eCommerce experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in retail or a related industry. The role requires a leader with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, be adept at using analytics to drive growth, and have a proven ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization.
