About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their executive team. The CHRO will be a key player in the organization's mission to deliver top-notch care to diverse communities. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading human capital strategy across multiple business units, ensuring alignment between local needs and enterprise-wide goals, and fostering a culture of excellence. The CHRO will also be instrumental in making lasting improvements in both workforce and patient outcomes.

Candidates for the CHRO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, with a Master's degree or enrollment in a Master's program. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR role within a decentralized or matrixed environment, is required. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory standards, and labor relations is essential, and certification such as SPHR-SHRM SCP or equivalent is preferred. The role demands a strategic leader who can work in collaboration with site-level HR leaders and corporate HR to focus on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, and regulatory compliance. The CHRO will be part of the executive leadership team and will have a dual reporting relationship to ensure alignment between system-wide HR strategy and local operational execution.
