Position Summary:
A client of LHH is hiring a VP of Recruiting to help run their recruiting efforts. The VP of Recruiting works with the Chief Growth Officer to oversee the strategic direction of provider recruitment and hiring, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, work force planning and relationship management to attract high-quality physicians, APPs and non-clinical staff.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with clinical leadership to align hiring needs with patient care objectives.
Lead and manage the provider recruiting team specializing in healthcare provider hiring.
Source candidates through job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring processes for both providers and clinical staff.
Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and healthcare networks.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Knowledge of medical credentialing, compliance, and industry trends.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay Details : $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
