The Press Operator is responsible for operating press machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This role includes machine setup, quality inspection, and meeting production standards according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and able to follow work instructions to ensure consistent output and accuracy. Responsibilities
Operate press machines and follow production work orders Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed Inspect parts for accuracy and verify quality standards are met Maintain productivity and follow production schedules Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications and Requirements
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read and follow instructions and production paperwork Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Benefits and Perks
