This role is part of a team that manages and maximizes TV commercial schedules for major national consumer brands and political candidates, and plays a key role in assuring successful client ad campaigns. This position requires strong communication skills, prioritization, and attention to detail, in a fast-paced media sales environment. • Manage financial documents and ensure accurate invoice processing • Prepare and approve invoices, calculate fees, and maintain billing records using accounting software • Generate income projections and reports for leadership; audit customer accounts and issue statements • Apply strong accounting and financial analysis skills while working independently and following organizational standards • Maintain organization across multiple client accounts • Communicate billing concepts clearly to clients and non-financial colleagues • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Data entry experience and other payroll related activities in an automated multi-state payroll environment • Experience reviewing documents and pulling key information/creating a summary • Focused as the volume of work will increase during peak times • Express a good personality, communication, and work ethic - want candidates with a willingness to learn • Client engagement/customer service experience (they will be communicating with internal sales teams and some external clients via phone, email, chat, and in person interactions) • Familiarity with Microsoft Office - especially excel Transferrable skillsets: customer service, data entry, multi-tasking, working with dual monitors
