Business Systems Analyst/Tester Join the CACI International team as a Business Systems Analyst/Tester supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program. This role focuses on front‑end functional testing and back‑end database validation for Momentum Financials. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts for Momentum Financials applications and interfaces. Conduct front‑end testing of Momentum modules (Budget Execution, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing, etc.) to validate business processes and user workflows. Perform back‑end testing by writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency between the application and the database. Identify, document, and track defects using the designated defect management tool (JIRA, Agility). Collaborate with developers, functional analysts, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Validate integrations with external systems, financial reporting, and data migration activities. Participate in test readiness reviews, defect triage meetings, and UAT sign‑off activities. Provide detailed test results and metrics to support go/no‑go release decisions. Ensure all testing adheres to established FMBT quality assurance and release management processes. Qualifications US citizenship required. 3+ years of experience as a business/systems analyst with strong experience in Momentum Financials preferred. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 3 years of relevant experience (education may be substituted). Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems. Self‑starter, quick to learn and apply new skills.
