Senior Manager, Customer Business (Walmart, Costco and BJ’S) Rogers, Arkansas Revlon is a leading global beauty company that creates high‑quality product innovations for consumers worldwide. Overview Responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between Walmart and the Revlon Fragrance and Club businesses (Sam’s Club, Costco and BJ’s). This role ensures delivery of volume, share, and profit objectives while contributing to the customer’s total category growth. Responsibilities Execute long‑range planning and annual joint business plans that incorporate company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts. Develop relationship and joint business plans and maintain regular contact with leaders and buyers at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and BJ’s. Execute the Customer Business Planning Process and Joint Business Plans that incorporate company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution. Key activities include: Volume forecasting Identification and execution against key business drivers Long‑lead‑time planning with customer to maximize execution Effective management of Market Development Funds (MDF) and Off-Invoice Allowances Develop long‑term, profitable, and sustainable growth in POG and secondary space Customer P&L Management: Set annual volume targets and manage associated P&Ls. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on strategy, performance, and outlook. Consumption Planning: Integrate weekly and annual consumption plans into account strategy. Analyze POS and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute “Close the Gap” plans as needed. Promotional Planning: Maintain weekly calendars for circulars, price promotions, and displays. Communicate results and gap‑closing actions internally. Demand Planning: Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain accurate shipment forecasts. Lead demand planning for assigned brands. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Lead, develop and facilitate internal and external relationships in support of the business objectives. Internally partner with Category Manager, Sales Insights, Marketing (Brand and Trade), Finance, Logistics, and Inventory teams. Externally align with WMC, Walmart’s Digital Content Team, Finance, Category Management, and Store Ops. MDF Management: Accountable for overseeing MDF budgets, ROI analysis, and investment tracking, while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing and adherence to budget. Inventory & Markdown Risk Mitigation: Manage SKU discontinuations, markdowns, and inventory planning. Perform other Walmart/Club business‑related duties as required. Utilize Walmart’s Scintilla platform as needed. Retail Planning: Work with internal Walmart Retail execution team to build out plans to optimize sales and execution at store level. Long Term Planning with Marketing/Trade: Build solid 3‑year plans to identify and build out growth opportunities. Coordination Support Teams: Walmart Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance and Category. Who You Are 7+ years of direct selling experience in CPG (Cosmetics or Beauty preferred) Experience managing Walmart relationship Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills Innovation and problem‑solving capabilities Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the Mass channel Additional Requirements Accountable for MDF budget and annual sales volume targets Travel: Position must be based in Bentonville, AR Compensation & Benefits The base pay range for this position is $110,000–$137,500 per year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short‑term incentives as part of total compensation. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
