IT Project Manager Hardware Infrastructure Location: Pewaukee, WI Employment Type: Long term contract, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead network telecommunications infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal leadership, PMO/PCO teams, financial staff, and external vendors. This role requires strong project management expertise, financial oversight, and technical understanding of network systems. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple project schedules using Microsoft Project and coordinate resources via PWA Oversee project budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice reconciliation Lead stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and ensure compliance with PMO/PCO governance Coordinate with third‑party vendors and support contract negotiations Monitor network infrastructure installations, site turn‑ups, and acceptance testing Identify and escalates project risks, permitting needs, and delivery issues Support internal change management processes (IT CAB) Enforce job site safety and manage time card submissions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management, including Microsoft Project and PWA Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial variance analysis Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations Familiarity with construction purchasing, standards, and network infrastructure Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and mobile device management Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications ITIL v4 certification or equivalent Experience in 24/7, multi‑site operations (manufacturing preferred) Ability to read facilities and floor plan schematics Experience with installation of radio, network, antenna, and line equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
