BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Receptionist- SOUTHWEST

SHIFT/HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:30AM - 6:00PM) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate Professionalism at all times. Maintain Patient Confidentiality. Answer and direct telephone calls. Proficient with customer service skills. Greets patients, families, and vendors. Checks in patients and notifies therapists of arrival in a timely manner. Complete paperwork necessary for therapist performing admissions to new clients. Provide clients and others with accurate KDC information. Ensure proper patient electronic medical records maintenance. Track patient cancellation/no show rates weekly and complete documentation required to enforce policy (i.e. missed visit and no show letters). Ensures timely rescheduling and confirmation of scheduled appointments as needed in a timely manner. Contacting therapists to inform them of scheduling or changes in the schedule. Assist office manager and patient case coordinators obtaining plans of care. Maintains and ensures the organization and cleanliness of the waiting room. Performs other tasks designated by the office manager.
