Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Administrative Assistant/Associate to provide exceptional support to our Trust Officers in the administration of assigned trust accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in both independent and team environments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and superior client service in all trust-related activities. Key Responsibilities Open and close assigned trust accounts in the trust accounting system. Act as a liaison between Trust Officers and various Operations Department functions. Maintain a tickler system for all assigned trust accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on all activities. Process account payments, distributions, real estate taxes, and estimated tax payments. Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs, and other trust professionals regarding account matters. Monitor account activity to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate, organized files and records for assigned accounts. Serve as a backup for the Front Desk Administrator when needed. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of initiative, motivation, and dependability. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions. Pay Details:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
