Credit Administrator

We're looking for a Credit/Collections Administrator to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely payments for our client in Santa Fe Springs. This role involves working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Review and release orders based on credit status.
Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and arrange payments.
Collaborate with sales to address account holds.
Document account activity and resolve disputes.
Report on delinquent accounts and join weekly collection meetings.
Qualifications:
3+ years in credit and collections.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Solid understanding of credit principles.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
