About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key player in the company's strategic decision-making, providing leadership and coordination in administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts. This role is pivotal in overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring the company's financial systems are robust and compliant, and managing relationships with independent auditors, investors, and investment institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing business risks, hiring and retaining competent finance staff, and preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors.
The ideal CFO for the company will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or professional accreditation. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position is required, with a strong background in strategic planning, financial performance assessment, and knowledge of GAAP. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, as well as experience in financial modeling and working with private equity partners. The CFO will be expected to have a high level of integrity, a commitment to good governance, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
