Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading cross-functional teams, supporting strategic IT direction, and maintaining the security and performance of the company's electronic data and IT assets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in complex organizations, and a proven track record in major IT initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure modernization. Proficiency in cloud computing, DevOps practices, and a strong understanding of ITIL and ISO frameworks are essential. The CTO will also be expected to have experience in data management for decision-making and to champion thought leadership in adopting cutting-edge technology standards within a digital health environment.
