About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including managing the production of FP&A forecasts, reviewing and calculating fund-level key performance metrics, and coordinating the consolidation of various reporting across the global platform. The role also involves engaging with different teams to prepare quarterly reporting, analyzing performance, and assisting in the preparation of real estate strategic plans and business analysis. The Vice President will play a key role in both internal and external performance and attribution reporting, as well as in the forecasting and planning for investments across active funds.
Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with 7-12 years' of related experience. Experience in closed-ended real estate funds, waterfalls, valuations, and performance reporting is essential. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with Anaplan is a plus. The role demands the ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, and develop recommendations, as well as the capacity to prepare and review deliverables for quarterly SEC financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
