About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on leader to take on a critical role in the implementation of a new Finance ERP system and the success of other key initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the transformation and scaling of the finance function, requiring a deep understanding of finance operations and technology. This leadership position demands a blend of project management, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and change-management skills, with a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP system implementations and complex initiatives.
Key responsibilities for this role include leading the design, implementation, and integration of the Finance ERP system, developing integration plans, and driving key decisions throughout the execution of projects. The role also involves collaborating with the finance leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement, partnering with IT and other functional areas to ensure system integration, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a CPA or MBA being a plus, and at least 15 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience with cloud-based ERP systems and a strong understanding of finance operations and processes are essential. The role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for data and technology in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
