About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to play a key role in its strategic and data analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and will be deeply involved in the analysis of trends, costs, revenues, budgeting, and forecasting. This role demands a strategic and results-driven individual who can effectively partner with both internal and external teams, including managing directors, partnership and M&A teams, auditors, and private equity. The VP of FP&A will also be the primary contact for subsidiary accounting and finance teams, and will be expected to perform monthly analytics, complete ad hoc projects, and assist with due diligence and finance integrations for mergers and acquisitions.
Applicants for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, and a working knowledge of VBA, macros, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
