The Company is in search of a Chair for its Department of Advanced Specialty Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, growing, and aligning the department with the college's strategic plan. The Chair will be expected to provide mentorship to division chiefs, manage educational grants, and maintain budgetary responsibilities. Applicants for the Chair position at the company's Department of Advanced Specialty Sciences must have a D.D.S./D.M.D. degree from a CODA accredited dental school or foreign equivalent, with a preference for specialty certification in a relevant area. Teaching experience in dental education, leadership, and a proven track record in research and scholarly activities are required. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as eligibility for licensure or faculty dental license in South Carolina.
