The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, growing, and aligning the department with the college's strategic plan. This leadership role also involves fostering collaboration within the department, overseeing all aspects of didactic and clinical predoctoral education in various specialty areas, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The Chair will be expected to provide mentorship to division chiefs, manage educational grants, and maintain budgetary responsibilities.
