About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy, growth, and execution within the chemical safety business unit. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management, capable of developing high-performing teams and implementing strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals. This role is pivotal in expanding market share, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring success in a competitive market. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a diverse sales team, setting and achieving revenue targets, overseeing sales operations, and maintaining key client relationships. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a sales leadership role, particularly in a high-growth environment, is required, along with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics is essential.
