About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead transformative change in the early learning landscape. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, capable of championing equitable access to quality child care and early learning programs. This pivotal role involves galvanizing regional partners, staff, and stakeholders to elevate essential programs, orchestrate transformative policies, and boldly advocate for racial equity in early care and education. The CEO will be responsible for leading a compelling roadmap that centers on equitable early learning, building strategic relationships, and ensuring the organization's operational and financial sustainability. A strong commitment to racial equity, experience in senior nonprofit leadership, and a proven track record in organizational administration are essential.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the early learning ecosystem, compelling advocacy skills, and a history of relationship-building across diverse communities. They should be adept at managing a large budget, overseeing complex state contracts, and driving strategic revenue diversification.
