About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in overseeing all accounting and financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training a team of financial professionals, sharing critical financial information with the executive team, and ensuring the smooth operation of audit processes in collaboration with external accountants. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with organizing and maintaining essential company documents, as well as recommending and implementing company-wide financial plans, procedures, and software.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in supervisory financial executive roles. The role requires expert-level skills in the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Great Plains and related software, and experience with fund management, reimbursement, and contracts. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to delegate effectively.
