The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's continued transformation and growth. The COO will be a key partner to the executive leadership team, enhancing a culture of discipline and accountability, and enabling the system to pursue strategic growth opportunities.

The ideal COO for the company will be a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record in a complex, multisite healthcare organization. They must be a forward-thinking, collaborative leader with strong relationships and a focus on achieving results. Emotional intelligence and the ability to engage at all levels, including the Board of Directors, are essential.
