About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Women's and Children's Services with a strong background in healthcare management, particularly in the areas of women's and/or children's programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination of the department, including clinical practice, research operations, human resource management, fiscal accountability, productivity, and regulatory compliance. This role requires the development and advancement of relationships with key independent and foundation-based physicians, as well as the ability to lead and implement effective changes in the delivery of services. The Executive Director will also be a strategic partner in the expansion, development, and marketing of women's and pediatric services, and will work closely with the medical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with the company's standards.

Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in health services administration and/or nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in health services or human services. A minimum of 7 years' of experience in healthcare, with a preference for those with a focus on women's and/or children's programs, and at least 5 years' in healthcare management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development, personnel management, and leading quality and service improvement activities. They should demonstrate leadership, humanism, and professionalism, and have the ability to effectively manage conflict, anticipate and respond to change, and make sound business decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
