Position : Technical Architect - SaaS Delivery Management Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect reporting into the SaaS Delivery Management Office, be a key stakeholder supporting the project team. Collaborate with the customer’s partner(s) in the implementation and conversion of their current PLM system to Windchill+. Brokerthe PTC ecosystem to provide the necessary technical support required to design and configure a solution that meets Windchill+ guardrails, and enable the partner ecosystem. Engage with stakeholders including PTC SaaS BDMs, PLM Segment and R&D for technical assessment, feasibility, and direction for estimating and planning. Coordinate with the customer/SI Project/Program manager to establish timeframes, schedules, deliverables, and project cadence. Work with implementation partner architects to design, implement, and validate solutions deployed in Windchill Plus SaaS environment. Engage with PTC R&D and PLM Segment on special projects to provide customer and implementer perspectives on SaaS tools, services, and features. Collaborate with Partner Consultants and Developers on configuration, data migration, and integrations to satisfy client requirements. Interact with Client/partner business and IT/IS representatives to ensure proposed solutions follow PTC SaaS guardrails and support build and deployment processes. Align program goals with client high-level business objectives and monitor program progress with PTC and partner leadership. Identify future opportunities for expansion and value with PTC and partner business development leads. Support the development of artifacts, white papers, best practices, and methodologies to enable the partner base. Your Day-To-Day

You will act as the SI’s trusted advisor, driving value from technology and process improvements through Windchill+ implementations, and provide direction to a team while maintaining ownership and accountability for client success. You will also industrialize field learnings into training materials for PTC and partner communities. Skills

Ability to articulate value across high-level and detailed perspectives. Ability to understand requirements and boundaries to guide toward a sound, achievable solution. Ability to balance analytic and creative problem solving, leveraging methodological exactness and intuition-driven approaches. Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of consulting/implementing/deploying/supporting PLM systems or other Enterprise Applications. Availability for overnight travel (15%). Knowledge of Cloud-based Infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Experience in software development, build and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant). Windchill PLM experience. Additional Details
PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including background and experience. The anticipated salary range is $120,000–$150,000 US, with actual pay dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
