Associate Director, Growth and Experiential Marketing
Digital Events, Boca Raton, Florida, us, 33481
Overview
Digital Events is a next-generation experiential marketing company transforming live moments into lasting brand connections. We specialize in high-impact brand activations through real-time product personalization, premium event tech, and seamless execution. From stadium takeovers to exclusive pop-ups, we help the world’s leading brands surprise, delight, and connect with their audiences — one customized item at a time. Position Overview We’re seeking a
sales-driven, strategically-minded Director of Growth & Experiential Partnerships
to lead new business development and drive revenue growth. This is not a “pure strategy” role — it’s hands-on, end-to-end sales. You’ll be the first call, the closer, and the trusted partner who ensures activations run flawlessly and clients come back for more. You’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, quoting, closing, managing booked events, and post-event follow-up. Along the way, you’ll also help shape our growth strategy, expand brand partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver unforgettable experiential campaigns. If you’re equal parts rainmaker and relationship-builder, and you thrive at turning interest into long-term partnerships, this is your seat at the table. Responsibilities
Own and execute the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, send proposals/quotes, follow up, and close deals. Qualify inbound leads and run outbound outreach to build a healthy pipeline. Partner with clients to understand needs and translate them into tailored experiential solutions. Develop compelling decks and proposals that showcase Digital Events’ value. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. Client Service & Event Management
Serve as the main client contact from first call through post-event wrap-up. Manage booked events end-to-end — coordinating with production and operations to ensure flawless delivery. Provide white-glove service on-site when needed, overseeing execution and client satisfaction. Conduct post-event follow-ups, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Build relationships with decision-makers at top brands and agencies. Represent Digital Events at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, new service offerings, and market positioning. Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and brand-building initiatives. Compensation
