The Role We’re seeking a
Sales & Client Experience Manager
— a natural communicator, strong closer, and organized relationship-builder — to take the lead on sales calls, client engagement, and deal flow management. You’ll be the first impression for many of our new leads: hosting discovery calls, understanding client goals, and confidently representing Digital Events. Beyond calls, you’ll manage our CRM pipeline, follow up with prospects, coordinate proposals, and ensure deals move smoothly from first hello to signed contract. This role blends charisma and structure — perfect for someone who loves people but also loves process.
What You’ll Do
Host inbound and outbound
Zoom sales calls
with potential clients (5-20 calls per day)
Confidently present Digital Events’ capabilities, services, and case studies.
Qualify leads, understand event goals, and identify high-value opportunities.
Handle questions, overcome objections, and build trust quickly.
Maintain and update all lead information, notes, and deal stages in our CRM.
Follow up promptly with prospects, ensuring clear next steps after every call.
Track metrics like conversion rates and response times to improve performance.
Collaborate with leadership and operations on proposal delivery and follow-through.
Client Experience
Be a warm, professional presence on every call — the face and tone of Digital Events.
Ensure every prospect leaves feeling informed, excited, and confident in our process.
Support the team with communication templates, sales decks, and pitch materials.
Who You Are
3–5+ years experience in
sales, client success, or account management
(agency, event, or creative background preferred).
Excellent communicator — engaging, articulate, and natural on camera.
Organized and detail-oriented — you love keeping a CRM spotless.
Confident under pressure and skilled at reading people and conversations.
Self-motivated, accountable, and energized by hitting targets.
Excited to represent a creative, high-end brand that values quality and relationships.

Deals move efficiently from interest to close — no lost leads or slow follow-ups.
