HVAC Service/Maintenance Sales

role that promotes and sells preventive maintenance agreements to clients. Requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability to assess client needs, provide solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with both technical aptitude and sales expertise. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Location: SF Bay Area (Corporate office located in San Jose, CA) H1B Visa sponsorship is not available for this specific position. Responsibilities

Sell HVAC service maintenance agreements to new and existing clients Conduct site visits to evaluate HVAC systems and recommend appropriate maintenance plans Identify customer needs and create customized proposals and quotes Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and actively pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors Collaborate with service technicians and operations staff to ensure proper execution of agreements Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Track all activities and opportunities in CRM and provide regular sales reports Stay current with HVAC industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activity Attend and actively engage in networking events to build industry relationships Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree or completion of accredited HVAC training program and/or HVAC apprenticeship strongly preferred At least 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC or mechanical services required Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Goal oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Primarily field based with regular travel to customer locations May include visiting rooftops, mechanical rooms, or other on-site HVAC system areas Ability to stand, walk, and inspect equipment in varying conditions We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE AA M/F Vet/Disability).
