U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Top Secret. This position is for a Principal Electrical Engineer with Cost Account Management (CAM) and leadership experience, leading a multi-discipline team for design, integration and development of equipment on a high-power or electro-mechanical sub-system within Very Low or Low Frequency transmit systems for qualification testing and production delivery. This opportunity targets engineers who work in a systems environment with electrical and mechanical design elements, interacting with mechanical, software, and test teams, developing CCA and system requirements, supporting system integration and test, verification testing, and design acceptance testing. What You Will Do

Review system/subsystem level requirements and generate hardware requirements Generate detailed subsystem level block diagrams and interconnect diagrams Manage budgets through Earned Value metrics Manage schedule in accordance with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Enter and track tasking in Jira Assign tasks for team members and track to closure Communicate staffing needs to managers Communicate team status, risks and opportunities, challenges, and mitigation to project leadership team Support firmware, software, and systems team members during integration and test Support production team during fabrication and testing of electronic and mechanical components Ensure work is completed on time and established quality and budgets are achieved Prepare documentation including design review slide decks, confidential descriptions or specifications of proprietary hardware or software, information on product development, schedules, product costs, and performance weaknesses to track progress and analyze performance Identify risks and opportunities as well as mitigations to burn down risks Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience Ability to lead small teams and report status to management Cost Account Management (CAM) experience using Earned Value Metrics Experience working with industry standard toolsets for task management (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira) Previous experience in high-power or electro-mechanical systems, CCA design, or systems integration Good communication skills and the ability to tailor to audience at all levels Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements Qualifications We Prefer

Active DoD security clearance Microsoft Project experience CCA design experience (analog, digital, mixed signal, high-power, or RF) Working knowledge of EMI/EMC standards for military applications Experience designing for Military Aircraft applications Experience using ALM tools including Jira and Confluence Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (e.g. CAMEO) Experience in developing test procedures and test fixtures Ability to read, create and review engineering drawings including schematics, assembly drawings and parts lists Experience with Mentor Graphics tool suite Experience with design review presentations Knowledge of the hardware life cycle What We Offer
