Summary The Labor Relations Manager is responsible for leading and executing human capital practices for the assigned collective bargaining unit. Responsibilities include successful conflict resolution related to grievances and arbitrations. The role works on the core CBA negotiation team with support from the Corporate Director Labor Relations and Legal Counsel, and partners closely with Operations and Sales Leaders on business strategy. The scope covers several business units and the applicable collective bargaining unit.
What you bring to RNDC
Four year college degree, preferred; or 6+ years related Labor Relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SHRM Certification and/or a related certification in Labor Relations preferred.
20% travel required for the position due to multi-geographic assignment of the workforce.
Field presence with the union workforce is estimated at 90%.
