Women of the Vine & Spirits The Labor Relations Analyst supports labor projects and ensures RNDC's compliance with Union contracts. This role collaborates across HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Operations to drive clear communication and efficient processes. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison across HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HRSS, Recruiting, and Operations to ensure effective communication and alignment on Union contract matters. Analyze, interpret, and communicate key provisions of Union contracts to HR and business leaders, maintaining accurate and accessible documentation. Develop project timelines for Union contract renewals and coordinate quarterly plans to align with labor initiatives. Define and test system requirements in SuccessFactors and UKG Dimensions to ensure accurate configuration of union-related data (e.g., time-off plans, payroll deductions, and benefits). Partner with HRSS and Payroll to troubleshoot and resolve system or data errors tied to union compliance. Recommend, develop, and implement process improvements for managing Union contracts and related HR workflows. Compile and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights that support labor relations strategy. Support grievance, arbitration, and negotiation processes through research, data analysis, documentation, and note-taking. Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and written communications in collaboration with the Labor Relations team. Maintain organized and up-to-date Labor Relations files and resources to support ongoing projects and compliance efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. Four to seven years of related experience in an analyst capacity; experience with collective bargaining units strongly preferred. Background in Human Resources or Management is desired, including familiarity with union environments and contract processing. Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills preferred. Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG Dimensions is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support labor initiatives. Proven ability to build partnerships, influence others, and handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Primarily remote with occasional in-office market days; some travel may be required. What’s in it for you

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Maryland state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $83,100 up to $118,700.
