Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Stays aware of current market and industry. Keeps Sales informed of any issues (missed deliveries, customer complaints/concerns, vendor issues, etc.). Ensures product offering and positioning are consistent with DCG ONE brand proposition. Meets budget requirements and communicates any variances. Utilizes project tracking software and ensures information is relevant and current. Works with new customer program implementation team to ensure all deliverables are met according to customer specifications and needs. Makes sales contacts, researches customer needs, and develops applications of products and services. Develops and delivers sales presentations and closes sales. Participates in the development of new products, modifications of existing products and termination of ineffective products. Manages technical aspects of committees and working groups. Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines. Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in outside sales. Degree in Sales or equivalent experience. Technical Knowledge of manufacturing and printing practices. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience conducting sales skills training. Proven Leadership skills and success in a sales territory. Familiarity with CRM systems. Proposal writing skills a plus. Ability to use own vehicle for sales calls. Essential Abilities

This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment but will need to work also on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
