Role Description This is an on-site part-time role for a Team Sales Lead located in Cincinnati, OH. The Team Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include driving sales performance, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the store's visual merchandising. The Team Sales Lead will also handle team management tasks such as scheduling, training, and coaching associates to meet store goals.
