Senior Regional Account Executive, Mid-West Company Description The Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand was founded in 2009 and is a luxury fragrance house based in Paris, part of the LVMH group. Job Description The Senior Regional Account Executive is a strong sales driver responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for distribution channels in the Mid-West region. The role focuses on executing store-level strategies to drive sales, including events, merchandising, training, and staffing. The incumbent will build strong in-store partnerships and develop a best-in-class in-store selling team, while upholding the company’s four cultural philosophies: people first, passion for product, promotional execution, and profitability.

Location This role is based in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

Sales Management: Build the Maison presence, culture, awareness and revenue growth; manage sales performance and goal reviews weekly, monthly, seasonal and annually with Brand Ambassadors and key store management; plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events; coordinate activities with the National Events Director to enhance store business performance; share business insights and market trends with the Regional Sales Director.

Training: Provide in-store and virtual product knowledge training; develop selling skills and event booking success; coach product specialists to deliver trainings and maintain brand standards; ensure presentation guidelines are followed; complete store checklists and upload counter images at least twice per season.

Administrative Responsibilities: Follow travel expense guidelines; manage monthly calendar and expense projections; oversee use of the MFK Backstage App and knowledge updates; manage store damages monthly.

Qualifications

5+ years of related field leadership experience

Ability to develop strong cross-department relationships and collaborate with store management including Store Managers, District Managers, PR, and visual leads

Strong people skills to recruit and select Brand Ambassadors

Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Negotiation skills and high business acumen; able to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment

Professional demeanor with integrity; team player

Domestic travel and variable hours; high in-store presence (85% of time in-store)
