Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team! As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that align with our organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of events, from corporate gatherings and product launches to community events and trade shows.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are handled professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage logistics for all events.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled effectively.

Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing techniques.

Oversee on-site event management, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Proven experience in event planning and execution within a corporate or agency setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

Familiarity with event management software and marketing tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in event design and execution.
