We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients and our event planning team, ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with the coordination of various events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations, while also supporting our sales team in reaching their targets. Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various sizes and types. Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary event services and materials. Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and updating event databases. Assist with on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and post-event breakdown. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients for event sales. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales or event planning roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build relationships effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Benefits
