At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Western, NC.

Responsibilities

As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas.

You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations.

The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.

This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to address time-sensitive employee needs and travel to various worksites as required.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $60,000 per year for this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for work-related travel

In-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance; ability to track, monitor and follow up with ongoing performance issues working toward resolution.
