Your Role in Our Mission As a
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor , you will be the catalyst for recovery, transforming lives from day one. You will perform critical screenings and assessments, collaborate with the full care team to coordinate individualized treatment plans, and ensure positive outcomes. Your leadership will shine as you guide therapeutic group sessions throughout the week and ensure continuity of care by securing essential follow‑up services and referrals.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $18/hr – $22/hr (full‑time, Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2 pm)

Supervision for licensure
What We’re Looking For
Full or provisional Substance Use licensure or certification: CADC, LCAS, or CCS
Experience in SAIOP & SACOT group therapy facilitation preferred
Maintain a valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles used for work
Must be able to work independently, with strong verbal and written communication skills
