The role involves cross-functional collaboration, designing and interpreting in silico, in vitro, and in vivo analyses to support discovery with the desired DMPK profile, assessing DDI risk using mechanistic and PBPK models, authoring regulatory documents, and identifying program risks and mitigation strategies to enable efficient progression.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support discovery and clinical development of therapeutics across modalities.

Guide design and interpretation of in silico, in vitro, and in vivo analyses to optimize DMPK profiles.
