Lead a regional team focused on selling HPE’s expanded security portfolio, including SD-WAN, SSE, Network Access Control (NAC) and Juniper’s SRX/SSR modules. Lead a team of 8–15 sales professionals, with plans to scale as the business grows. Drive sales across the combined Aruba and Juniper security portfolio. Execute against a team quota. Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology (training provided if needed). Focus approximately 70% of efforts on new logo acquisition and ~30% on cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Experience and Skills

Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of security concepts, especially Zero Trust. High internal locus of control, grit, and motivation.
