Construction estimating and quantity take-off skills Cost management and budgeting skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Familiarity with construction laws and regulations Proficiency in relevant software programs, such as Excel, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with LEED certification and sustainability practices is a plus Details
