Brand Director
to lead marketing for a fast-growing
beverage brand
that’s all about flavor, fun, and community. This is your chance to shape how people sip, share, and experience one of the most exciting brands in the space. You’ll own the brand from the inside out—building strategy, leading campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas that keep us top of mind (and in-hand). From product launches to viral moments, you’ll drive the stories and experiences that make people say “I need to try that.” What You’ll Do
Build and lead brand strategy that turns insights into craveable, shareable storytelling. Develop annual marketing plans that connect the dots across retail, e-commerce, and IRL experiences. Lead go-to-market launches for new products, flavors, and collaborations—making every drop feel like an event. Create buzzworthy campaigns that live across digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels. Partner with creative, media, and agency teams to craft content that people actually want to engage with. Bring the brand to life through events, photoshoots, pop-ups, and retail activations that spark conversation. Mentor a growing marketing team and foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. Be the ultimate brand ambassador—making sure every touchpoint feels authentic, energetic, and unmistakably us. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of brand marketing or management experience, ideally in beverage, lifestyle, or CPG brands. Proven track record creating campaigns that drive awareness, love, and loyalty. Hands-on experience with product launches, influencer marketing, and social-first creative. Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to inspire teams and rally partners. A deep love for brand building, culture, and connecting people through shared experiences (and great drinks).
