Accounts Receivable Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations Responsibilities

Process and post ACH, Lockbox, and credit cards Research and post check payments Research, document and process refund requests Reconcile charges and refunds daily Post payments reported by collection agencies Daily and month-end reconciliations and reporting Review, research, and resolve customer inquiries within the established turnaround time Interact with internal and external servicing partners Additional tasks as assigned Qualifications

Accounts Receivable and administrative experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel Experience with AS400 preferred About Hilton Grand Vacations
