Account Manager at Bisnow (Biscred). This hybrid role is based in Boston, Jacksonville, or NYC with in-office days required three days per week at one of the listed offices. Biscred is a sales intelligence and prospecting platform for the commercial real estate industry. We equip sales professionals with data and insights to accelerate deal cycles and boost revenue. We are seeking an Account Manager to maximize client value, foster renewals, and drive growth within our small, dynamic team. What you’ll do includes shaping the customer experience, driving adoption, maintaining relationships, and contributing to retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Be the trusted partner for Biscred’s clients, driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Onboard new clients with personalized training and setup aligned to their workflows and growth objectives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the go-to resource for support, best practices, and strategic guidance. Monitor client usage and health metrics to identify risks and ensure ongoing engagement with Biscred’s features. Work with clients to define success metrics, regularly review progress, and demonstrate ROI to secure renewals. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and processes. Develop and share client resources (tutorials, case studies, webinars) to deepen product expertise. Resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with technical support when needed. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, renewal timelines, and account health in HubSpot. Contribute to refining the customer success strategy and testing new approaches to increase retention and satisfaction. Meet and aim to exceed renewal rate targets and demonstrate Biscred’s value to clients. Master the Biscred platform and communicate its value proposition effectively. What we’re looking for
